Thick and Creamy Chicken Vegetable White Bean Soup with Kale

 4 scoops Instant Soup Chicken and Vegetables Flavor
 2 cups unsweetened soy milk (See note)
 15 oz can cooked small white beans
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 nutmeg
 ½ ground black pepper, or to taste
 ¼ tsp salt
 ½ tsp dried thyme
 2 cups finely shredded kale (leaves only remove stems)
 1 tbsp olive oil

Note: Some soy milks are thicker than others. If soup seems too thick, stir in a few additional tablespoons of soy milk.
